During the Winter Pop-Up, lights are on between 5pm – 10pm between 27 – 30 June 2024 over the Matariki long weekend.
Be sure to dress warm and wear suitable footwear to suit an outdoor venue.
Located in New Plymouth's CBD, the Winter Pop-Up can be accessed from various areas.
Please note: There will be road closures on Ariki Street from Egmont Street to Currie Street from 4pm – 11pm each night of the festival. Traffic is expected to be high, so we recommend carpooling where possible, catching a taxi/Uber or get dropped off. Parking is available 24/7 in Centre City. Use this promo code 'WFOL' to get two hours free parking during event times from 5pm – 10.30pm. Carpark accessible via St. Aubyn Street only.

There are two ways to redeem your two hours of free parking when you are ready to leave the Centre City car park.
Note: The promo code WFOL can only be applied when the vehicle is parked in the carpark. The promo code will not activate if the vehicle is not in the carpark.
Enter your vehicle plate at any of the pay stations in the carpark before you exit.
Once the promo code is accepted the system will automatically recalculate the parking fee.
Pay as normal if there is an additional fee; this will occur if you have parked longer than the two-hours.
If there is nothing to pay you can exit the car park as normal.
If you use the ParknGo app, open the app when you are ready to leave the carpark.
Your vehicle plate will appear on the homepage.
Once the promo code is accepted the system will automatically recalculate the parking fee.
If there is an additional fee, it will automatically be deducted from your account as usual.
