Parking & Getting Around the Park

This is your accessibility guide for your festival experience. This page contains information about mobility options and accessibility features.

Accessible car parking is located along Fillis Street and at TSB Stadium. See the festival map and parking map for more details.

The light trail has a steep gradient in parts which could prove difficult to navigate. The festival map identifies all paths with steps and steep gradients. Assistance can be provided free in a variety of ways, to support access to all areas of the light trail. Send us an email at tsbfol@npdc.govt.nz, or inquire at the Festival Hub to learn more about what assistance is available.

Accessible Transport from TSB Stadium

21 December - 26 January / 8pm – 10.30pm

A small shuttle will be available at the TSB Stadium entrance as transport to and from the Mobility Scooter pick up point at the Fernery.

If the shuttle isn't there when you arrive, it won't be far away.

This service is strictly for visitors with mobility requirements.

No booking is required for the transport shuttle, however, please ensure you book wheelchairs and mobility scooters through the appropriate channels.

Please note, this is a shuttle service to our mobility scooter pick-up point only. Due to crowd congestion, we are no longer able to operate buggy tours during Festival hours.

Thanks to Taranaki Disability Information Centre Trust for providing this service.
